1. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years or over that completes the post-show survey.
2. How to Enter
To enter, complete the survey and information fields in full and submit online. The survey form will request information about your experience at Spring Fair. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries made using multiple email addresses or identities will be disqualified.
3. Opening and Closing Dates
The prize draw opens on Friday, 6th February 2026. The closing time and date of the prize draw is 11:59pm on Sunday, 15th February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. Technical Issues
If for any reason a technical interruption or fault occurs during the submission of the entry form, the Promoters do not take any responsibility.
5. Draw Date and Prizes
One winner will be selected and announced on Monday, 16th February 2026. Winners will be selected at random.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) anytime from Monday, 16th February to Friday, 20 February 2026. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 2 days of being notified. If a winner does not respond to the Promoters within 2 days of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoters will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. Prize Terms
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The prize is for the winner only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person. The Promoters reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoters’ control make it necessary to do so. Any additional costs not specified in the prize description (such as additional meals, personal expenses, or extended accommodation) are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Promoters’ Decision
The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of the prize draw, including the selection of winners, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
10. Right to Amend
The Promoters reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
11. Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters, their agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoters, their agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Winners are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance. Your statutory rights are not affected.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. Any entrants to this promotion who wish to take court proceedings must do so within the courts of the United Kingdom.
