No. Spring Fair is a trade-only event and is not open to the general public. Attendance is reserved for retail professionals, buyers and businesses looking to source wholesale products or start a retail business.

Spring Fair gives retailers the opportunity to discover new suppliers, source wholesale products, identify emerging retail trends, attend expert talks and build relationships with brands before the buying season begins.

Visitors can source thousands of wholesale products across Home, Gift, Fashion, Jewellery, Beauty & Wellbeing, Everyday Retail, Greetings & Stationery, Party and Seasonal categories.

 

Visiting Spring Fair

Register online for a free trade visitor ticket. Once registered, you can explore exhibitors, plan your visit and build your personalised agenda before arriving at the event.

Yes. Entry is free for verified retail buyers and businesses looking to start a retail business.

Visitors can meet more than 1,500 exhibitors, discover new product launches, attend keynote sessions, explore trend features, network with suppliers and experience four days dedicated to retail buying and inspiration.

Yes. Most keynote sessions, trend presentations and seminars are free to attend. Some workshops or limited-capacity events may require advance booking.

The online exhibitor directory allows you to search brands, browse products, save favourites and plan meetings before arriving at the show.

We advise that children under 16 do not attend the event as this is a trade only, and there are no crèche facilities available. If you are attending with a child, and they are under the age of 16 years, they will require a Child's wristband – these can only be picked up on site, from the registration desks in the main entrances. Anyone over the age of 16 will be required to register for the event via the normal process. 

Students of Undergraduate level and above (individuals and groups) on relevant courses of study are welcome to attend the show, but will not be permitted to trade. Students will be asked to show an NUS Identity card or equivalent student identity. Please register via the normal registration process, ensuring to select yourself as a student.  

You can print a copy of your badge as it is attached to your badge email (this will be sent to you a week prior to the show). If you are unable to print your ticket, don’t worry – just show us your confirmation email at the registration desk on arrival to the show. 

If you wish to edit or update your details, please use the registration form to complete a new registration form.

NB: You may change the details on your badge at the exhibition venue. Simply walk to the registration desks and request the change on your badge.


 

Exhibitors & Suppliers

Spring Fair brings together more than 1,500 wholesale brands, manufacturers and suppliers across Home, Gift, Fashion, Everyday Retail and more. The exhibitor list is updated ahead of each event.

Businesses can enquire about exhibiting by completing the exhibitor enquiry form. The team will recommend the most suitable stand package based on your products, objectives and budget.

Spring Fair connects brands with thousands of qualified retail buyers actively looking for new products and suppliers. Exhibitors can generate leads, launch products, build relationships and grow wholesale sales.

The Everyday destination is a destination for volume and bulk wholesale gift and home products. There are many categories of products in the Everyday destination including day-to-day household items, outdoor activity products, and baby care. 

 

Travel & Planning

Spring Fair takes place at the NEC Birmingham, one of the UK's largest exhibition venues with excellent rail, road and air connections.

The NEC is easily accessible by train, car and air. Birmingham International railway station is connected directly to the NEC by a covered walkway, while Birmingham Airport is only minutes away.

Yes. Free parking is available for registered Spring Fair visitors at the NEC.

Visitors can book accommodation near the NEC through the official accommodation partner, offering a range of hotels within easy reach of the venue.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the NEC. To connect, select ‘NEC Free Wifi’, and fill in the information form on your browser page.

Cloakrooms are situated by the hall entrances.  

ATMs are located within the Piazza and Atrium however you will incur a usage fee. There are free ATMs located at the Birmingham International train station and within Resorts World.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue personal/individual letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered via the show website you will receive a confirmation email which may be sufficient for visa application.
