Spring Fair 2025 Hosted-Buyer Experience Prize Draw for Houzz Pro Members
1. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to Houzz Pro members aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Entrants must be based in a location from which reasonable travel to NEC Birmingham is possible.
2. How to Enter
To enter, complete the entry form provided on the competition page. The form will request information about your practice and current projects to help tailor your experience should you win. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries made using multiple email addresses or identities will be disqualified.
3. Opening and Closing Dates
The prize draw opens at 9:00 am on Wednesday, 21st January 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59 pm on Tuesday, 27th January 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. Technical Issues
If for any reason a technical interruption or fault occurs during the submission of the entry form, the Promoter does not take any responsibility.
5. Draw Date and Prizes
Four (4) winners will be selected and announced on Wednesday, 28th January 2026. Winners will be selected based on the suitability of their practice and projects for the hosted-buyer experience, at the Promoter's discretion.
Each winner will receive an all-access, hosted-buyer experience at Spring Fair 2026, held at NEC Birmingham from February 1-4 2026, comprising:
- Two days' attendance at Spring Fair 2026
- Return travel to NEC Birmingham
- One nights' accommodation
- Curated supplier meetings matched to the winner's current projects
- Concierge scheduling and personal meet-and-greet on arrival
- Exclusive lounge access and guided tours of the show floor
- Lunch and dinner during the two-day visit
- Complimentary refreshments throughout the visit
- Front row seats to the full content programme
The specific dates of attendance within the February 1-4 period will be coordinated with each winner based on availability and show programming.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) on Wednesday, 28th January 2026. Each winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 2 days of being notified. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. Prize Fulfillment
Winners must be available to attend Spring Fair 2026 at NEC Birmingham for two consecutive days between 1st February 2026 and 4th February 2026. The Promoter will coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements directly with each winner. Winners may be required to provide additional information (such as dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or travel preferences) to facilitate prize fulfillment.
8. Prize Terms
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The prize is for the winner only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so. Any additional costs not specified in the prize description (such as additional meals, personal expenses, or extended accommodation) are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Promoter's Decision
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw, including the selection of winners, is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
11. Right to Amend
The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
12. Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Winners are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance. Your statutory rights are not affected.
13. Personal Data
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the prize draw and fulfill the prize. Information provided about your practice and projects will be used to curate your hosted-buyer experience should you win.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. Any entrants to this promotion who wish to take court proceedings must do so within the courts of the United Kingdom.
15. Promoter
The Promoter of this prize draw is Hyve UK Events Limited of 2 Kingdom Street, W2 6JP.
