1. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to persons aged 18 years or over who register for Spring Fair 2025, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. How to Enter
Upon registering for a visitor ticket to Spring Fair via www.springfair.com, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
3. Opening and Closing Dates
The giveaway opens at 9:00 am on 2nd December 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59 pm on 20th December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. Technical Issues
If for any reason a technical interruption, fault, or site failure occurs during the registration process, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete registrations, and any incomplete registrations will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for registrations that are not completed for any reason.
5. Draw Dates and Prizes
A winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process on the following date:
o 23rd December 2024
Each winner will receive an Exclusive Buyer's Bundle, which must be collected onsite at Spring Fair 2025.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 2 working days of the draw. Each winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize and agree to collect it onsite at the Spring Fair 2025, held at NEC Birmingham from 2nd February to 5th February 2025. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 5 days of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. Prize Collection
The Exclusive Buyer's Bundle must be collected onsite at the Spring Fair 2025 at NEC Birmingham between 2nd February 2025 and 5th February 2025. The Promoter will provide specific instructions on where and how to collect the prize. No alternative collection method or delivery will be provided.
8. Prize Terms
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
9. Promoter’s Decision
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
10. Publication of Winners
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails springautumnfairmarketing@hyve.group or writes to the Promoter at 2 Kingdom Street, W2 6JP (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the final draw date (20th December 2024). If you object to any or all of your surname, county, and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter through the above email. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Right to Amend
The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. Personal Data
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See also condition 10 with regard to the announcement of winners.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. Any entrants to this promotion who wish to take court proceedings must do so within the courts of the United Kingdom.
