The Goody bags are given to tier 1 champion buyers, who are a hand selected group of influential buyers that include award winning independents, household stores and many more.

If you would like to participate in Spring Fair 2025 Champion buyer goody bag initiative, please fill in the form below, and if you are selected you will be contacted by email.
Requirements:
- You must ship your items to the NEC (shipping label provided) by 1.30am on Friday 31st January OR hand deliver your items to the hall manager’s office no later than Saturday 10.30am
- You must respond to the confirmation email sent on Thursday 23rd January to ensure we have an accurate listing of products for inclusion.
- You must not include any products of an adult nature – for example products featuring offensive words, slogans or images.
- You must not bring goody bag products if you have not been confirmed as a contributor, these will not be included in the goody bags and you will be responsible for the return of these items to your stand before the show opens.
- We ask that you do not submit any items that are excessively bulky, heavy, or containing liquids in excess of 100ml.
- Don’t include any leaflets or sales collateral, there will be a welcome letter with your stand number, banner name and product included.
- Don’t bring goody bag products to the NEC if you have not been confirmed as a contributor, as these will not be included in the goody bags, and you will be responsible for their collection.
- Don’t include liquids in excess of 100ml
*Please note: While we aim to ensure all buyer brand ambassadors receive goody bags, when brand ambassadors do not collect their bags, we will reallocate at our discretion. We are not able to return goods.
