How do I find and connect with visitors before the show?

The first step would be to fill out your dedicated profile within the Exhibitor Zone/eZone. All confirmed exhibitors receive log-in details automatically. This is where exhibitors can add their website, bio, social channels, images and more to their online profile so that visitors can search and see the details on our website. Second, there's also our Curated Meetings programme.

What is the Exhibitor Zone (eZone) and why should I fill out a profile?

More and more buyers now use our website to preview products and source potential suppliers ahead of their visit. Adding visuals and content to your exhibitor profile is a powerful tool for your brand to stand out and attract interest, while linking your website and social media channels can encourage high levels of engagement.
