How do I log into the app?

If you’re a new visitor log in using the email address you registered with, and the password sent to you in your registration email. Previous visitors can log in by entering the same email and password used previously or by selecting ‘forgot password’. You can use the app's map function without logging in. However, you will need to log in to use the exhibitor and product search functions.

What details of mine are displayed in the platform?

Professional information like your name and company information are displayed but personal contact details are not.

Can I export my connections' contact details?

No, contact details are not exportable.

What do I do if I’m having trouble logging in?
