Spring Fair is a trade event for retail professionals: buyers, retailers, designers and anyone sourcing for a retail business. It isn't open to the general public.

You can attend if you have responsibility for buying, sourcing products, purchasing stock or managing business spend. Suitable visitors include independent retailers, department stores, multiple retailers, online businesses, supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, importers and multichannel retailers.

Spring Fair 2027 takes place from 7 to 10 February 2027 at the NEC Birmingham.

Opening times are:

  • Sunday 7 February: 9:00am–6:00pm
  • Monday 8 February: 9:00am–6:00pm
  • Tuesday 9 February: 9:00am–6:00pm
  • Wednesday 10 February: 9:00am–4:00pm

Register online for your free ticket; it takes around two minutes. You'll need to show you work in the industry.

You can attend Spring Fair, either individually or as part of an organised group.

Students must register through the standard registration process, select the student option and bring a valid student identity card. Students may visit the event for educational purposes but are not permitted to trade.

We advise that children under 16 do not attend the event as this is a trade only, and there are no crèche facilities available. 

If you are attending with a child, and they are under the age of 16 years, they will require a child's wristband – these can only be picked up on site, from the registration desks in the main entrances. 

Anyone over the age of 16 will be required to register for the event via the normal process. 

Yes. Tickets are free for retail buyers and industry professionals.
