Policy on Children

Spring Fair is strictly a trade-only event. For this reason, we recommend that you do not bring children under the age of 16 to the site at any time.  
 
If you do need to bring your child onsite, you must strictly adhere to the following rules: 
 
1.  Registration and Wristbands - Children should not complete the event registration process on our website. On arrival you should proceed to the nearest hall entrance where a member of the NEC security team will issue a child’s wristband. This wristband must always be worn and visible. You will be asked to provide a contact number for the wristband for safety and security purposes. 
 
2.  Pushchairs or Buggies – Please be aware that aisles can be busy and narrow. If you do decide to bring a pushchair or buggy, we advise opting for lightweight or compact models. 
 
3. Supervision - Children must always be under direct supervision of an adult while on the premises. 
 
4. Breakages - All damages/breakages must be paid for. 
 
5. Access during set-up or breakdown - Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted access to the site during build-up or breakdown of the event.
