When is Spring Fair @Home?
Spring Fair @Home will take place online, 8-10 February 2021. All sessions are free to attend and available to everyone.

Where can I register for Spring Fair @Home?
You can register for Spring Fair @Home by completing this form. If you have any issues with registering please contact SpringAutumnFairMarketing@hyve.group for assistance.

What happens once I have registered for Spring Fair @Home?
You will receive an email from events@springfair.com which will contain your unique link. If you have only just registered it can take up to 30 minutes to receive the access link. The link is unique to you, so you are unable to share this.

I’ve registered for Spring Fair @Home, but I haven’t received a confirmation email.
Firstly, please ensure you completed the entire form, through to the submission page. Then, check your junk mail folder for an email from events@springfair.com which will contain your unique link. If you cannot find the email, please contact SpringAutumnFairMarketing@hyve.group for assistance.

I’ve registered for Spring Fair @Home, but I now realise I entered the incorrect details.
If you've entered the wrong information, please register again using a different email address. If your email address is incorrect, please submit the form again with your correct email address.

Do I only have to register once for all the sessions at Spring Fair @Home?
Yes, once you have registered once for Spring Fair @Home, you will be able to attend all sessions. Prior to the virtual forum, you will be emailed your unique link to join from events@springfair.com.

On the day of the virtual forum, how do I log into the Spring Fair @Home sessions?
Please click the personalised link you received in an email from events@springfair.com to join. If you have any issues, please email SpringAutumnFairMarketing@hyve.group for assistance.

Can I share my unique link with colleagues?
Your link is unique to you and will allow you to access Spring Fair @Home. Visitors registering with the same email address as a colleague will be unable to access our services.

On the day of the virtual forum, what should I do if I have technical issues?
We very much hope that you won’t have any technical issues when dialling into Spring Fair @Home. Our platform allows you to do a system check, please follow https://www.bigmarker.com/system_check to diagnose the issue. However, if the issue persists, please contact SpringAutumnFairMarketing@hyve.group for assistance.

What is the best device to use to log into Spring Fair @Home?
Our webinar platform, BigMarker, recommends attendees use Chrome or Firefox on desktop or laptop for the best possible experience.

Ensure your Chrome or Firefox your browser is up-to-date. To check if Chrome is up-to-date:

  • Go to the three dots (on the top right when you have Google Chrome browser open)
  • Go to Help
  • Go to About Google Chrome
  • It should start downloading the latest version and give you a relaunch button.
  • The latest version = Version 88.0.4324.104 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • We also suggest disabling any known firewall that could block access to the platform.

Please be aware that some organisations’ firewalls block elements of BigMarker, so you may want to check with your IT team or use a personal device if you have had problems with other webinar platforms in the past.

Will Spring Fair @Home sessions be made available on-demand?
Yes, all of the sessions, apart from the 'Trend Update: Colours, Materials and Finishes' session from Colour Hive, will be made available on-demand. The 'Trend Update' session will be available on-demand until the end of Thursday 11th February, and it is an exclusive session for Spring Fair @Home visitors. If you have already registered for Spring Fair @Home, you can use your unique link that was sent to you by events@springfair.com to view these sessions.
If you have not registered for Spring Fair @ Home, you can still view all on-demand sessions once you have registered and your unique registration link will be sent to you.

How can I access the Spring Fair @Home sessions on-demand?
The unique URL that was emailed to you upon registering for Spring Fair @Home will give you access to the on-demand sessions. You would have received an email from events@springfair.com which will contain your unique link. If you cannot find the email, please contact SpringAutumnFairMarketing@hyve.group for assistance.
