Cathrine Jansson-Boyd is a Reader in consumer psychology at Anglia Ruskin University. Her research focus predominantly on touch, multisensory perception and sustainable consumption. She has written many research articles that have been published in a wide range of science based journals. Additionally, she has written three books about consumer psychology and edited a handbook of consumer psychology. Cathrine frequently conducts research for and assists businesses to further their understanding of the underlying psychology of consumers. She has previously worked with organizations such as Unilever, Cambridgeshire county council, Skanska, Pepsi, Mash, Suffolk county council, and SSL.
