When the new owners took over what is now Yarnton Home and Garden Centre, the business was in need of a little TLC. This session explores how the team at Yarton turned their business around by building closer links with the community, translating their values into the store, and made Twiggy a bit of an icon! Now in year three of a four year transformation and their hard work is really starting to pay off.
