TINIT is a small, design-led home and gift brand that began with a simple problem: how to store firelighters safely and attractively by the fireplace. Today, TINIT creates tins for matches and firelighters, playing cards, camping and fishing, tooth fairy keepsakes, pet treats, tea bags and more. There’s a design for everyone, with each tin made to be shown off and spark conversation.
Every TINIT design starts as a hand-drawn sketch by founder Oscar, before being developed into a finished tin using a carefully considered mix of matte and gloss finishes to highlight the intricate detail in each illustration. Designs are inspired by humour, nature, and everyday rituals, with the aim of turning simple, useful objects into something people enjoy using and keeping.
