• Our bubble wrap contains a minimum of 30% recycled materials. • We offer refills for all our reed diffusers which are supplied in recyclable PET bottles and for 2023 our aim is to bring candle refills to market. • We have removed plastic bags from our online orders and are implementing 100% biodegradable packing materials to our trade area. • All our gift boxes are made in the UK, reducing the carbon footprint and are FSC-certified. • All our glassware is 100% recyclable. • We have brought to market decorated ceramics with the aim they can be cherished and reused or repurposed, as they are too pretty to bin! • All our protective packaging is 100% recycled, uses neutral ph paper and is recyclable and biodegradable. In 2021 this saved 192 trees from being cut down. • We have moved to paper tape for our transport boxes and our aim for 2023 is to remove all polypropylene self-adhesive tape. • We are reducing our printed matter: our trade brochure has now gone digital and staff documents and notices are now only issued digitally. • We always try to guide our customers to use eco-friendly options for bespoke projects and to products we know have been sustainably sourced. • We recycle all our cardboard waste and since 2020 this equates to over 75 tonnes of recycled board. • All our broken glass is 100% recycled. • We reuse all wax materials and fragrances. • Our stock never goes into the bin! We offer seconds under a private sale to our employees and online under ‘The unwanted’. We also partner with selected retailers with our end of season stocks, and we donate many products to deserving charities.

• In 2021 we gave all staff that worked through COVID a bonus of between 2.5% to 5% of their annual gross wage as a reward and a thank you for their hard work through the pandemic.
