Our blankets and throws draw inspiration from the raw, cool essence of Northern England - a region steeped in vibrant music, avant-garde artistry, and rugged landscapes.
Our debut collection is crafted meticulously from recycled cotton yarns, which are then raised (fluffed up) and trimmed by eye to get that gorgeously soft feel. Each piece embodies our commitment to environmental responsibility without compromising quality or style.

Our signature fabrics in stripes, plains and checks are hand-crafted into a capsule collection of home accessories, all designed, woven and sewn here in Lancashire, the beating heart of the UK textile industry. Here at Ian Mankin, we are passionate about British produce and are dedicated to protecting our nation’s traditional craft skills and the unique industrial landscape of which we form a part.
Our sumptuous throws in recycled cotton provide comfort and an effortlessly stylish look. Combine these with our cushions, draught excluders and doorstops – perfect for layering a look; clash stripes on stripes or build up a tonal look with plains and textures.
