Kuriosities Jewellery
Handcrafted Jewellery from Across the Atlantic - Inspired by Wild Coasts and Quiet Storytelling
Kuriosities is a coastal jewellery studio from Prince Edward Island, a small island on Canada’s Eastern shore whose red cliffs, fishing villages, and sea-worn beaches feel surprisingly at home beside the windswept coasts of the UK. Here, goldsmith and storyteller Kimberly McIntyre handcrafts jewellery that carries the poetry of both places - the soft grit of sand, the pull of the tide, the old-world quiet of nature shaping metal.
Each piece is sculpted in our Island workshop using 100% recycled sterling silver textured with real shoreline sand, natural gemstones with moody sea colours, and forms inspired by driftwood, lichen, birch, and the wild edges of the Atlantic. The result is jewellery that feels timeless, tactile, and deeply rooted in place.
Already cherished by shops across Canada, Kuriosities pieces resonate beautifully with UK audiences who love coastal living, artisan craft, and jewellery that feels personal and storied. Our collections - Sand, Oceanside, Birch, Wildwood, Delicate and Dainty - are designed to be wearable keepsakes: quiet, meaningful, and irresistibly giftable.
Kuriosities jewellery brings a breath of Atlantic air to your shelves - pieces that customers pick up, turn over in their hands, and instinctively feel connected to, as if they’ve found a small treasure washed ashore.
