Our Sport Formulation is expertly blended to aid muscle recovery, helping to stimulate the circulation, reduce tension and assist the body in ridding itself of lactic acid build up. Blue in colour, which is thought to promote positivity and relaxation, the blend includes Epsom salts, which have traditionally been used to detoxify, as well as mint infusion, which is thought to have a stimulating effect on both skin and the digestive system. A lively aromatherapy blend of eucalyptus, mint and peppercorn may help to boost circulation and clear the airways, which, in turn, can help to oxygenate the body with easier breathing. Finally, sweat and antiperspirants can cause irritation, so the inclusion of creamy coconut oil can provide a soothing effect after sport.
