Claude Dozorme have been making cutlery since 1902 in Thiers, which is historically the French Capital of cutlery. It was founded by Blaise Dozorme whose nickname was 'The Wolf' - a nod to their logo. They are considered a 'Master cutler'
All the cutlery is 100% made in France and there are over 40 steps in production to create the finished knives. They combine traditional techniques with modern techniques. The company has received many awards and they also are recognised as a "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant' ( living heritage company) which highlights its cultural and artisan significance.
Their product ranges span from Table knives - Laguiole, Thiers to Kitchen knives. They have also worked with high end luxury cheese companies branding their cheese knives.
