There’s no minimum budget requirement, and no minimum meetings requirement - you simply schedule the meetings that you want to schedule with exhibitors that you want to meet. Come show time, you simply head to their stand and start connecting!
Connect @ Spring Fair isn’t mandatory for buyers to take part, however joining the platform, searching exhibitors based on your particular requirements and pre-booking in meetings will undoubtedly enhance your time at the show.
With Connect @ Spring Fair (our new, ground-breaking meetings programme), you choose the exact exhibitors you want to meet at Spring Fair and find the right products that suit your shop quick and easy. With Connect @ Spring Fair, you get early access to all 1,200+ Spring Fair exhibitors where you can start to search for products and exhibitors and request meetings before the show.
Participate in as many double opt-in (both you and the exhibitor want to meet each other) 15-minute speed date meetings as you’d like, limited only by your availability and mutual interest. You’ll meet everyone you need to meet! All 1,200+ Spring Fair exhibitors are available to meet with Connect @ Spring Fair across home, gift and fashion, representing thousands of new and established brands and tens of thousands of products that can inspire and delight your customers.
After creating your profile in the Connect @ Spring Fair platform, you can browse and search for products and suppliers across home, gift, fashion and sourcing pre-show and request to meet. Pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors means using your time more efficiently at the show and helping you do your buying more effectively!
How long is each Connect @ Spring Fair meeting?
Each Connect @ Spring Fair meeting is 15 minutes long. All meetings are double opt-in, meaning both parties have agreed to meet. Buyers participate in as many double opt-in 15 minute speed date meetings as they’d like, up to 48 – limited only by availability and mutual interest. Need more than 15 minutes? Simply arrange a follow-up meeting at or after the show.
How do I take part in Connect @ Spring Fair?
Your first step is to register for your FREE ticket to Spring Fair. Be an early bird and get your free ticket before the deadline, after which there may a charge. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know when the deadline is.
The 4 weeks running up to Spring Fair is when you start planning your visit. Simply create your profile on the Connect @ Spring Fair platform (we’ll email you when it’s time to do this!), browse and look up exhibitors you want to meet at Spring Fair, schedule meetings based on your availability and accept meetings from exhibitors.
