Support package for new exhibitors
Emap Connect Home & Gift has launched an initiative to support new Spring Fair exhibitors.A special, cost-effective stand package includes lighting and furniture at a discounted entry rate. New exhibitors are also encouraged to attend a special training day which will be free – to help them to maximise their return on investment in the show, as well as being provided with a booklet, which will advise them on setting and measuring objectives and what to do before, during and after the fair.
There will also be a great networking opportunity for them to meet the press and key buyers over drinks on the Sunday evening of the fair.

Exhibitors can reach 650,000 unique users of springfair.com throughout the year – allof whom are potential leads that access the site to source suppliers and the latest industry news - year round.
As an exhibitor you will have your own online company profile which serves as a virtual shop window. It includes company logo; company description; 50 product images and product descriptions; ability to upload PDFs and press releases; full company contact details and live email and web links.
Complete your company profile via the E-Zone as soon as possible to start reaping the benefits.
You can gain a competitive edge by sending though your images early as these will be considered for inclusion in all visitor literature. Email them to images@springfair.com, ensuring that they are a minimum of 300dpi.
As an exhibitor you are entitled to free customer invitations that you can send to your buyers and prospects to let them know that you will be at the show. Order these through the E-Zone, where you can also download an E version of the invitation to forward directly to your buyers.
Alternatively, simply send us your lists in the form of an Excel spreadsheet and we’ll be happy to send out invitations for you. All data will be treated in the strictest confidence. And through the exhibitor manual don’t forget to complete your editorial entry for the Spring Fair International official catalogue by the deadlines given to ensure inclusion.
If appropriate, you can also sign up to the show’s product trails – via the E-Zone or exhibitor manual – to increase the exposure of your company. These trails
include Creative Britain, New Product, Ethical Product, Exporter and Licensed Product.

Participating exhibitors will be listed on the website and on site.Do let us know about any special offers you will be making at Spring Fair and these will be promoted in the Little Black Book and on the website prior to the show. And make the most of PR opportunities by telling us about new products, changes to your company and things you will be doing at the show.
