| Travel to Birmingham |
|
|
It’s easy to get to Birmingham by air, road or rail.
Fly - More than 20 international airlines service Birmingham International Airport, which is just minutes away from The NEC. It’s also accessible from London Heathow and London Gatwick airports.
Rail - Birmingham International Station is a five-minute walk from The NEC. Trains run frequently and it takes just 90-minutes from London.
Car – The NEC is situated off Junction 6 of the M42. The NEC has ample parking with shuttle buses to drop you off at the show entrances.

|

| Cloakrooms |
|
|
There a number of cloakrooms conventiently located by the show entrances. There is a £1 charge per item to leave your coat and luggage in a secure environment. Overnight storage is not possible.

| Cash Points |
|
|
There are cash points inside and outside the Natwest Bank, located by Hall 4. There are also Natwest cash points opposite Hall 8 by the Atrium 2 entrance. There are four other portable cash machines in the Atrium, however there is a charge for using these machines, which are adjacent to Hall 6 entrance, opposite Food to You, by the Concourse Suites 1 & 2 and opposite Hall 18.

| Wifi Zones |
|
|
There are 3 zones within the NEC where you can access our wireless internet (WiFi) network using a laptop computer. They are in the Atrium (by Halls 12 & 20) and the Piazza (Halls 1-5) by Wetherspoons. The zones are identified by orange 'WiFi Zone' signs.
To use the network you will need to purchase a voucher from one of the NEC Visitor & Business Centres (by Hall 5 or Hall 9) or the Atrium Information Point (by Hall 19). The vouchers cost £5 and give access for one house. You do not have to use the whole hour at one time - you can log in and out as many times as you like.

If you are unsure about how to connect or experience any difficulties whilst using this service then ask the team at the Visitor and Business Centres who will be pleased to help. Please note that the wireless network is not secure and we do not provide any virus scanning or firewall facilities.

|
|
There are two NEC Visitor & Business Centres which are located in the Piazza by Hall 5, next to Martin’s Newsagents and in the Atrium, by Hall 9, opposite Concourse Suites 1 and 2.
They offer a wide range of services including:
o Information on events, the site & local area, regional attractions and public transport.
o Photocopying & Printing from CD or memory stick - black & white or colour up to A3 size
o Faxing - incoming or outgoing.
o Internet Access - £1 per 10 minutes or £1 for 20 minutes on own laptop.
o WiFi Scratchcards - £5 for 1 hours access.
o Laminating - up to A3 size.
o Mobile/Cell Phone Services - sim cards, chargers, e top-up & hire of mobile phones.
o Stationery - limited range on sale.
o Stamps & Postcards.
o NEC Mobility - The Visitor & Business Centres are a point of contact for this service and visitors are welcome to call in for assistance.
o Opening hours are 0900-1700 hrs Monday to Friday. |

| Meeting Points |
|
|
There is a meeting point in the Piazza (Halls 1-5) opposite Subway (located between halls 1 and 2) and in the Atrium (Halls 6-20) at Atrium 2 main entrance opposite hall 8.
